Donate a Decorated Wreath to the Port of Everett by November 23rd to help raise funds for “Toys for Tots”. There will be a silent auction through Dec 5th bidding will close at 5:30pm during Holiday on the Bay. Winners will be announced and wreath’s picked up by 6pm.
