Winds at the Everett Farmers Market – Vendor Community Rallies to Close the Market Safely

“Well, that was quite a blustery day September 20th,  wind gusts were reported in the afternoon from 18 to 32 mph, with temps reaching 71 degrees! CRAZY!!!!  Everett Farmers Market was called closed at 3 pm for the safety of our customer and vendor community.

Many thanks to all who pitched in to help their neighbors and friends. We were so fortunate that no canopies were launched, and only a few minor bumps and scrapes were registered. Such a heart-warming sight to see everyone helping each other to safely take down all the Market canopies in very short order.
Quite a community of caring individuals at the Everett Farmers Market! Group hugs all around!”
Your Market Managers, Karen and Gary
