Freckled Fox & The Hungry Hen

Freckled Fox & The Hungry Hen was established in 2016. We are a mobile kitchen boutique that sells at local farmers markets and other events such as; The Great Junk hunt, Gobble UP, Tom Douglas’s Cookbook social, Rustique Diva’s vintage market, and many more!

It all started with the LOVE of FOOD and FAMILY.

We are a family of home cooks who gather in the kitchen to laugh, cook, bake, ferment, and celebrate special moments. We cherish our old family recipes and love creating new ones. Ultimately food and cooking is our love language. It no secret we spend a lot of time in the kitchen!

We are so lucky to be in the Pacific Northwest one of the best places to be if you enjoy all things food. Our food culture is constantly evolving and has something for every type of food lover. Whether its foraging in the woods for some mushrooms & truffles, shopping at your local farmers market for the freshest ingredients, clam digging, fishing for salmon, crabbing for dungeness, dining around Seattle at our renowned restaurants, or grubbing at a food truck!

With our passion for cooking and entertaining we started creating home decor that is unique to food culture and the Pacific Northwest. My father who is the Master wood worker started making locally sourced wood kitchen utensils, bowls, and boards. It just kept growing and growing and thats when we decided to create a mobile boutique to travel around the Pacific Northwest sharing our amazing products with all of you!

At our mobile kitchen boutique you will always find one of a kind kitchen tools, serving boards, mortar & pestles, cooking journals, Pacific Northwest & food inspired home decor, kitchen towels that keep your inner chef laughing at food puns, and much much more!
